短影音人氣美食肉夾饃進軍花蓮啦！位於自由街明義國小斜對面的有饃有樣肉夾饃-花蓮店 ，從他開幕時就一直想來嘗試看看了，店內除了販售經典的招牌肉夾饃外，更販售了黃燜雞米飯套餐和水盆羊肉湯，不僅適合當成下午茶也適合當成正餐來吃。

橘白相間的色系常舒服又明亮，店內空間小而精美，雖看似不大，能容納大約8-10人左右，除了內用客人外，大多都是外帶或外送客居多。

招牌必吃的肉夾饃就有6種口味，除了經典的招牌肥瘦肉以外，其他五款也是味道偏重口味的，有點像是棺材板的概念。
吃不飽的朋友，店家也有販售黃燜雞米飯套餐和水盆羊肉湯。

這次共點了招牌肥瘦肉、泰式打拋豬肉肉夾饃、黃燜雞米飯套餐以及水盆羊肉湯。
兩個人分著一起吃其實份量蠻剛好的。
♦水盆羊肉湯NT.130$
帶有香菜和蔥花香氣的羊肉湯，喝起來很清甜沒有什麼騷味
配上帶有筋肉的羊腱肉，吃起來Q彈不乾澀
以及燉煮得剛剛好又鮮甜的蘿蔔也給的不手軟
相較於其他兩道重口味的餐點，羊肉湯正是美好的收尾。
♦招牌肥瘦豬肉NT.80$、♦泰式打拋豬肉NT.80$
他們家的肉夾饃的外皮都會先煎過再烤，外酥內軟口感介於抓餅和燒餅之間。
其實肉夾饃源自中國陝西的著名小吃，不同地區也著有不同的餅皮和各自的風味，外皮咀嚼的過程中還能嘗到麵粉的香氣 我自己是還蠻喜歡的。
內層的肉餡有多種口味可選，招牌肥瘦豬肉會加入切碎的青椒，不敢吃青椒的我有跟老闆說不要放青椒，肥瘦相間的豬肉帶有滷汁的鹹香和蔥花的香氣，會一口接著一口停不下來，敢吃辣的朋友，推薦一定加上秘製辣醬，他們家的辣是辣油感偏重，會慢慢攻擊嘴唇的辣，但卻把整體味道提升很多層次。
一定要夾荷包蛋，口感層次會更豐富，跟朋友一致都愛打拋豬口味。
本身就帶有辣度的打拋豬，味道比起招牌的肥瘦肉更厚重又下飯
如果不是肉夾饃,我可能可以吃下兩碗飯。
♦黃燜雞米飯套餐NT.160$
除了肉夾饃外店內還有販售黃燜雞米飯和羊肉湯，喜歡吃重口味的可以試試看黃燜雞
內還有豆皮、香菇、雞肉、木耳、金針菇，味道介於滷肉和和三杯雞的濃稠度
雞肉吃起來是口感鮮嫩的雞腿肉，木耳跟吸飽湯汁的豆皮，吃起來非常下飯
